Nice idea… Sadly though I doubt the effect would last if this was used in bins all around the world. Novelty factor is certainly fun, but it does wear off. Still, engineering being applied to make the things around us more interactive and fun can certainly change our behaviour. tomeparker: How do you get people to use public bins? With some electronics and ingenuity this is the answer.
